The past is a garbage|

"The past is garbage" by Kaoru Nakajima from his book.
It sounds pretty cruel; however, it really means that "we should not be caught up by our past." In fact, bad memories from my past are burden. It is good to remember my good memories; however, I often caught up with them and wish I can go back in time.

A majority of people (at least in Japan) try to hang on to good memories and cannot easily forget bad things that happened to them in the past.

"The Past is a garbage." (by Kaoru Nakajima)
It sounds pretty harsh, but it really means to not get caught up with your past.

When you are being trapped in the past, both good and bad memories, you are most likely unable to go forward with your life. Life does not rewind; therefore, it's the best to forget about the bad past, which only has a negative effect on you. For the good past, wouldn't it be better to try to make even better things to happened to you, instead of thinking back and missing about it?

Because it is almost impossible to walk straight backward, let's walk looking ahead. Let's leave our garbage behind, and look forward to the good things that is yet to come.
